Timilyn has been through Biblical counseling training through the Association of
Biblical Counselors. She is not currently "formally" counseling, but she was previously in partnership with Truth Renewed Ministries in Keller, TX which is a non-profit organization that offers biblical counseling free of charge. Timilyn highly recommends Truth Renewed and the counselors on staff!
Because of her own personal
testimony, Timilyn has a heart for walking with women specifically
through the struggles of marriage, pointing them back to their own
relationship with their Savior first and foremost. Although Timilyn isn't currently offering sessions, she is using the Lord's gifts of counsel and words through her writing, offering hope and mentorship in articles and devotionals. Timilyn has six
children that she homeschools. Before staying home, she was a teacher
and administrator. Timilyn currently coaches a local Christ-centered dance team as well as coordinates a woman's ministry at a local dance studio.
